Monique Beck, affectionately known as “Coach Mo,” is a living testament to what God can do with a yielded life. From being a pregnant high school dropout to earning an MBA, becoming a published author, ordained minister, business leader, and mentor, her life reflects the transforming power of faith, perseverance, and obedience to God. Her journey was built through prayer, fasting, godly mentorship, community, and, most importantly, an unshakable relationship with Jesus Christ.
A graduate of Bethel University with an MBA, Coach Mo does not just talk about faith—she lives it. As an ordained minister, a Prophet of God, and gifted encourager, she carries a “whatever it takes” mindset when it comes to purpose, growth, and helping others become who God has called them to be. Her experiences as a wife, mother, and grandmother allow her to connect with others through wisdom, authenticity, faith, and practical guidance.
Professionally, Coach Mo brings 20 years of administrative experience and 15 years of project management experience to her work. Her background in managing people, processes, projects, priorities, and timelines has equipped her to do more than inspire people—she helps them execute. She combines strategy, structure, accountability, and encouragement to help individuals and organizations move ideas from vision to completion.
Coach Mo is the founder of The Greater In You, LLC (est. 2016) and TRU Resilience Unit, LLC (est. 2024). As Head Consultant of The Greater In You, she works with professionals, entrepreneurs, aspiring authors, and individuals through coaching, consulting, project management, administrative support, writing and publishing guidance, and personal and professional development. Her goal is to help people move from stuck to strategic, from wishes to wonders, and from “I would like to do it” to “it’s already done!”
In 2021, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Coach Mo launched the Dear Legendary Woman series, which has grown to include the Dear Legendary Woman Podcast and a growing collection of books. The first, Dear Legendary Woman, Who Are You?, was released in May 2026, with Dear Legendary Woman, Make the Adjustment and Dear Legendary Woman, You Are That Girl! planned to follow in 2026, if the Lord says the same.
In 2026, she also launched Until All Have Heard Daily Bible Study, an ongoing commitment to studying and teaching the Word of God. Through the study, Coach Mo encourages others to go beyond simply reading Scripture—to dig deeper, understand its context, apply God's Word to everyday life, and strengthen their relationship with Him.
Whether she is teaching the Word of God, managing a project, coaching a business owner, helping an aspiring author bring a book to life, or helping someone put structure around a God-given vision, Coach Mo's mission remains the same: to help people recognize what God placed inside of them and give them the faith, strategy, tools, and accountability to do something with it.
The Greater In You is more than a company—it is a mission and a legacy. It started with Coach Mo, but it will not end with her. Her vision is to build something that reaches beyond one person and one generation—equipping others to discover the greater within themselves, develop it, walk boldly in it, and then help someone else do the same.
