Monique Beck, affectionately known as “Coach Mo,” is a living testament to what God can do with a yielded life. From being a pregnant high school dropout to becoming a powerful mentor, her life was transformed through unwavering faith and obedience to God. Her journey through adversity was not by chance—it was built through prayer, fasting, godly mentorship, community, and most importantly, an unshakeable relationship with Jesus Christ.

A graduate of Bethel University with an MBA and a published author, Coach Mo does not just talk faith—she lives it. As an ordained minister, a Prophet of God, and a gifted encourager, she carries a “whatever it takes” mindset when it comes to purpose, growth, and helping others become who God called them to be. She brings her lived experience as a wife, mother, and grandmother into every space she enters, allowing her to connect, guide, and pour into others with both wisdom and authenticity.

Coach Mo, launched the Dear Legendary Woman series by direction of the Holy Spirit back in 2021, and has since birthed a podcast titled Dear Legendary Woman Podcast, began the series of books with the first one being, Dear Legendary Woman, Who Are You? in May of 2026, and Dear Legendary Woman, Make the Adjustment and Dear Legendary Woman, You Are that Girl! coming later in 2026, if the Lord says the same.

Coach Mo is a business leader and financial empowerment advocate who leads with both strategy and spirit. She is the founder of The Greater In You, LLC (est. 2016) and TRU Resilience Unit, LLC (est. 2024), where she equips professionals and business owners to navigate challenges, gain clarity, and stay accountable to their goals. As Head Consultant of The Greater In You, she helps individuals move from stuck to strategic, from wishes to wonders, and from “I would like to do’s” to it’s already done!
